Frankenstein raises Crit Rate. Doomsday Judgment unlocks at level 31 and 4★: 20% ATK, DEF, and HP, plus 20% skill cooldown speed.

At Lv.150 / 5★ he has 378,674 HP and 26,726 attack. Attack is 1st among the 15 URs. HP and defense are last. Power is 8th at 757,010. Summon: 10 fragments.

Best for / not for

Pick him when the march needs the top UR attack column. 26,726 attack, Tesla Coil at 709.5% ATK × 5 hits at 5★, Crit Rate to 30.3%. Heavy Warrior next to Monroe.

Skip him as a Heavy tank. 378,674 HP is last of 15 URs, under half of Arnold (933,798) and well under Bekka (992,082). Skip a plan that seats him on the front to soak.

Team

Tesla Coil hits random enemies; it does not name a row. Heavy Warrior next to him is Monroe. Keep a real HP pool in front. He is the carry, not the wall.

Investment

Skill books are the sum of the per-level costs in the game data. Use the hero calculator for EXP and fragments.

ArenaExcellentExcellent. Same as PvP.
CampaignGoodGood. Damage kit with no monster-only line.
SupportNoNo. Crit Rate and the Ace are personal.

Verdict

Raise Lucian when you need the UR attack leader, not when you need a Heavy front. Star Tesla Coil so the hit count climbs to 5, then Stun Gun, then Frankenstein. Take Doomsday Judgment at level 31 and 4★ for the 20% stats. Seat HP in front of him; 378,674 will not hold.
