Overview
Leah is the UR Light Warrior sniper who hits the whole enemy side. Rapid-Fire Sniper Rifle is a 1.45s auto. Black Hawk Call is a 10.2s helicopter on all enemies. Box Breathing raises Crit Rate. Doomsday Judgment unlocks at level 31 and 4★: 20% ATK, DEF, and HP, plus 20% skill cooldown speed.
At Lv.150 / 5★ she has 445,641 HP and 23,568 attack. Attack is 7th among the 15 URs. HP is 9th. Power is 12th at 754,411. Summon: 10 fragments.
Best for / not for
Pick her in Warrior marches that need an all-enemy button. Black Hawk at 737.4285% ATK on 23,568 attack is the wave skill. Light camp with Katya or Silas.
Skip her as a tank. 445,641 HP is less than half of Bekka (992,082). Skip her if you only need the highest UR attack: Lucian is 26,726, Monroe is 25,343, she is 23,568.
Team
Black Hawk names all enemies, so row seat does not change the active. Light Warriors next to her are Katya and Silas. She does not buff a row.

Best role
PvPGoodGood. All-enemy helicopter plus a 1.45s rifle.
BossFairFair. The auto is single-target; the active is built for a full side.
ArenaGoodGood. Same as PvP.
CampaignGoodGood. All-enemy coverage on waves.
SupportNoNo. Crit Rate is personal.
Verdict
Raise Leah when the Warrior march needs an all-enemy skill and a Light sniper. Star Black Hawk first, then the 1.45s rifle, then Box Breathing. Take Doomsday Judgment at level 31 and 4★ for the 20% stats. Do not raise her as a tank, and do not expect Lucian’s attack column.
